I haven’t had enough coffee to view dead fish eyes..LOL
I think I have your peach cobbler recipe somewhere....If I can use margarine I can make it..no butter in the house.
Post it..I have been meaning to try it. sounded so easy and good.

Meg, I don't know if marjorine would work or not - some of them get quite watery. You might try a solid marjorine or Crisco.........but anyway, good luck! Here's the recipe!

PEACH COBBLER

Blend the following four items until well mixed:

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 T. baking powder
3/4 c. milk

Set aside.

Melt in 9x13 pan:

1 stick butter

Pour batter over melted butter.

Empty 1 large can Peaches with juice over batter. Open
second can, and add fruit without juice, to other peaches on batter.

Bake for one hour (350) until brown and crispy on top.
