Wonder if Peacock tastes as good as Pheasant?...

Peacock is supposed to taste very, very good. Don't know for a fact but would be willing to find out. This kind of article points up , to me, the wussification of America. All the residents should thin this herd periodically and have a barbecue for everyone. I know, some of you well meaning souls will flame me, I don't give a sh**, flame away, I won't change my mind. Killing peacocks is not a criminal offense IMO.

I doubt anyone will flame you. Peacocks are kind of cool to look at in zoos, but I can’t imagine dealing with their racket on a constant basis.
Wonder what the hippies in my local Whole Foods would say if I went to the meat counter and asked for fresh peacock? I’d probably be arrested.

It is the way she killed it that bothers me. I happen to like them myself. Nobody will get on your property with a few of them roaming around. They do make quite a bit of noise & I've lived summers with a whole bunch of them walking through our summer campground. Never bothered anyone & the kids loved collecting their feathers. The eggs are supposed to be very tasty but I am not into fowl.
