I’ll probably be buying a PS3 this year as a cheap bluray player. Long live HD-DVD! :(
I’ve thought about that as well, it’s a compliant player, and vertical disk players have given me fewer problems over the years. Also, there’s a Linux version (actually I think more than one) which might be fun to play with, and who knows, maybe streamline my cyber-life a tad. :’)
