Sounds terrific, Polly! Yorkie said she was going to cook Mexican tonight, so far I haven’t heard if she did or not Oh it was!! We have a local Mexican Resaurant **Ernie's** ...here in Eagle Rock. We had a appointment with daughter at College admissions ...so after the appointment decided that we would eat dinner before the evening crowd early! I know it will be crowded tonight!
Yorkie's photo inspired me...ya know the nice plate full of beans, cheese, etc, on that tortilla!!!Couldn't resist!
