I smoked many years ago and I could eat anything and everything and stay skinny.
I quit smoking and reached the old age of 45 and started gaining weight. Several years later, I’m sitting at this computer for too long and not helping matters. LOL
They need to make an exercise machine with a computer attached and we can exercise and play at the same time....yeah, I can see that, can’t you?
