I am about to try a new recipe that a friend gave me. It was so good when she made it, I hope to be able to make it as good. It's a black bean, rice and veggie salad. In Spanish it is called "Ensalada de Colores".
I will let you know how it comes out and if it's good, I'll share the recipe with whoever might want it.
