One word of yours and Im assured; One nod of head and things would move; One stare of yours: Im back to senses; One yell and would I dare speak the same? What magic most mothers possess!
One kiss of yours: My pain is gone! One touch by hand: I stop my cry; One smile from you: Im encouraged; One glimpse can be so meaningful! What prowess mothers truly hold!
What love! What care! What pains you take; What toil, what sacrifice! What time you spend for childs sake!
You hear my woes and console me; You feed and ready me to school; You nurse and keep me always clean; What patience, thoughts, your heart afills!
Mother of mine, youre truly great! You taught me how to speak and write; You showed me how life should be lived And the road to Heaven! O Angel of love! May God bless you forever!

Sorry not to have been around much of late, been neck deep in getting my latest book edited. My fingers, (or the laptop) have of late become very careless, the spelling is getting bad! Thank the Lord for spellchecker, it saves the day. Still not bad for a four finger typist who’s cranked out nearly forty books. Did a word count of the books the other day and found that I’ve typed over 1.6 million words in all. Not bad for a guy with only four fingers fit to type with, (and not working as a gossip columnist.) Done now for a while, and can take some time to enjoy the fun being here on the board again. Miss the great recipes, and the graphics of you gifted creators of visual art!

LJ, the words of that poem are perfect for today!
And, the graphic has so many lovely parts, some hidden, some out front.
I think it was a perfect choice, and thank you for sharing!!
Happy Mother's Day to you, Lady Jag!

(Today - smile at a stranger. It may be the only smile that person has been given. It is a blessing)
