Thank you Amy for the thread! Just wish I could hang out more like the old days. Life has gotten very busy.
We enjoy seeing you whenever you can get here, Rus.
I’m really appreciative of your daily posting. It is something that I take for granted. I hope you know what a lift it is to see ODB every morning.
No, she isn’t related but I would like to have her in the family....LOL! I found her on the Internet and put the frame on for Memorial Day! She was a cutie, I thought.
Wishing you and your lovely family a Blessed Memorial Day Weekend also, Dave!
Awwww, isn’t it cute? That looks more like my brother’s yorkie.

I meant to ping you all to my Post 2366! I posted this a long time ago but I knew Yorkie would want to see it!
Awwwwwwwww....what a little cutie Starla is!
I didn’t remember who may have seen it when I posted a fairly long while ago. Yes, she is a sweet baby dog! My brother said jokingly one time that he thinks his wife would grieve more over the dog’s passing than his passing. Starla is getting some age on her now.
JC, she would look just like my little furry kid, if her hair was short.
I just looked to see if I had a pic of her on my laptop - but, they are all on the desk top.
Starla is a CUTIE!! Thanks, JC!
Do you have a picture of your little Lindy to post? I may have seen her before but you can post it anyway.
Do you not use your desktop anymore? I am going to be turning in now.....tired!
OK - I will post a pic tomorrow of my baby gurl.
No - I use the lap-top most of the time
Night, FRiend! Sweet dreams
What a cutie! Is she tiny or is it the perspective?
The Navajo Rug is breathtakingly beautiful.
LJ, thank you. I found the graphic this morning - and it made me weep.
I had to post it - but not without the ‘perfect poem’.
Well, you know how that goes. Sometimes ‘hours’ of searching.
When I found the poem - I knew that was ‘it’!
Thank you so much, LJ. You made my day. (I had almost given up on sharing something so intense.)
BIG (((((hugs))))
This is so beautiful, yorkie..I “see” her journey to the completed rug and feel her spirit.
The graphic is wonderful.
I think she is a miniature yorkie! I don’t know much about the breed but she has more hair than body...LOL! They live in Georgia and when they visit, Starla gets to come, too. My brother has another dog now also. I can’t think of the name. Its one of those where they let the whiskers grow on the sides of their noses. I don’t know why I can’t recall the breed at the moment. I will let you know when the light bulb goes off in the brain.
P.S. She is half-way laying down in that picture. And notice she is on a nice bedspread....LOL!
When I saw Meg’s post, it reminded me to go back and read The Navajo Rug. I sure am glad I did. It was one of the most touching stories I have ever read! Glad I didn’t miss it. Parts of it made me fight back tears. Thank you so much.
I have a habit of saying “I will go back and read that OR I will go back and copy a recipe and sometimes I don’t do it.”
Not a good habit, is it?
Thanks again.
