Thank you for the beautiful graphic and poem!
When I saw the title, it reminded me of a poster I had many years ago that was so precious to me.
I have looked for another one, so many times, as mine got lost in a move.
With a little search this morning - THERE IT WAS!
I had to share it with you:
To: The Mayor
Good morning, Rus. Thank you for sharing the DB message.
Have a great Thursday.

DANG! I missed Caturday!
I forgot my password, asked them to email it to me, & finally remembered it. So I hope I will continue to be able to get on here!

That is so cute, JC!
I’m going out, too. Should be back later today. (Hope to find a couple ‘cheap’ outfits for summer - that make me look younger, thinner and prettier.) LOL!

Heck - I'm a day late and a dollar short! OK - so it is NOW National Buttermilk Biscuit Day, eh? Well Luvie makes the best buttermilk biscuits ever! And, Jaycee makes wonderful SAUSAGE biscuits. Bet they will share their recipes........ Especially if we BEG them!
To: yorkie
I didn’t mind you being late since I was so late in posting the holidays yesterday.
I’ve been drooling over your recipes.
There is one more food holiday but I didn’t post it because I don’t know what it is. Let me look it up again.
I’ll be right back.

Ooops .... I was wrong. The food that I am not familiar with should be celebrated on Saturday. May 16 is National Coquilles St. Jacques Day.
May is verdant, May is exciting, May is filled with fun food holidays:
National Asparagus Month
National Barbeque Month
National Chocolate Custard Month
National Egg Month
National Gazpacho Aficionado Month
National Hamburger Month
National Salad Month
National Salsa Month
National Strawberry Month
These may be celebrated anytime this month.
Happy Asparagus Month.
