Bisquick French Apple Pie
Ingredients :
6 c Apples; tart,sliced and pared, 1 1/4 ts Cinnamon (Ground), 1/4 ts Nutmeg (ground), 3/4 c Milk, 2 tb Margarine/butter (softened), 2 Eggs, 1 c Sugar, 1/2 c Bisquick/Baking mix
Streusel:
1 c Bisquick or baking mix, 1/2 c Nuts; chopped, 1/3 c Brown sugar; packed, 3 tb margarine/butter; firm
Preparation :
Preheat oven to 320F. Grease pie plate, 10×1 1/2 inch. Mix apples and spices; turn into plate. Beat remaining ingredients except for Streusel till smooth; 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Sprinkle with Streusel. Bake till knife inserted in centre comes out clean, 55-60 minutes; cool.

I can see I am going to have to buy some Bisquick.
This looks so good.
I used to make thin pancakes with it..but I no longer make pancakes.
I cut out pancakes so I could eat more chocolate.

That looks delicious - I like almost any kind of apple dessert! I like to peel & slice apples and bake them in the microwave with just a little bit of cinnamon sugar & butter. Pretty yummy and super easy. :)
