>Dogs can act on their own.<

A dog can only act to harm a human being IF it is allowed to by the human that owns it. Dogs who are:

(a) leashed
(b) trained to obey
(c) not allowed to run free
(d) not trained by humans as fighters or as attack dogs

do not harm other people.

Dogs are not the bosses of humans, UNLESS the humans allow the dog to take over.

YOU are responsible for your dog’s actions, not the dog.

Left out one point:

Dogs who are:

(a) leashed
(b) trained to obey
(c) not allowed to run free
(d) not trained by humans as fighters or as attack dog
(e) ALWAYS supervised when around children

do not harm other people.

Should, ought to, never, always.....

When you find the perfect world, let us know.

In the meantime, we have to deal with reality as it is.

I suppose that you’ve managed to produce the perfect robot dog that never, ever, in its entire life ever failed to instantly obey your every command and never decided on its own to do something that you didn’t give it permission to?
