Am I going to get totally made fun of for saying this??? Who in the heck is Craig David??? I know ALL of these other albums/bands/musicians — even those “oldies” FReepers are putting up... NEVER even HEARD of Craig David before!

Oh thank GOD! I’m not the only one! I just posted that I know ALL of these other bands/albums even the “oldies” FReepers are mentioning — have NEVER heard of Craig David before though...

I listen to a TON of music and I have no freaking clue who Craig David is....

I too would put Thriller in my top 5 of all time...

Very funny, and about as good as MJ deserves.

It's definitely the Greatest Album Ever Recorded with Vincent Price On It.
... unless Price read a collection of horror stories for kids or something ...

Everyone knows that the greatest album of all time is Zen Arcade.

This has to be a British poll. Why else would Oasis be on it? Twice?

"SGT PEPPER was more innovative."

Yes, and Beach Boys "Pet Sounds"

and Police "Synchronicity"

and Lou Reed "Transformer"

and Fleetwood Mac "Rumours"

and the list goes on...

But Thriller was definitely a very good album and the recording techniques and mastering were impeccable.

I'd pick Ghost in the Machine.

His album before that, Off the Wall, was better. That happens a lot actually, the album before the breakout album gets enough people interested and sets the platform for major success.

That’s not Michael Jackson. Michael Jackson is a middled aged white woman.

"Thriller" was okay, but is definitely not the greatest album of all time. Personally, I prefer Jackson's "Off The Wall". I do think Jackson's music pretty much sucked after "Thriller".

As for this list, none of those would be in my all time top 10.
