Yeah, the GSOC webiste, i used to check that out, too, particurlarly for Iridium Flares. Where I live now, they are very difficult to see. Bummer. I don’t buy any UFO bs, though.

what are iridium flares, and where are they visible?
A year or so ago I had seen a post here saying that the european shuttle would have a visble night flight, followed by the space shuttle a few minutes later catching up or separating from the space station (or some such order). I went out to a baseball field to watch. I was so hoping some curious cop would pull up and ask what I was doing so I could say I was waiting for my alien brothers to come and get me, show him where it would appear, then have the shuttles pass over! didn’t happen though
