That’s the thing, if there’s an eviction/foreclosure/condemnation, then it’s not eminent domain. In any case, this won’t happen because API has the Michelle Obama tape.
I don’t know the proper legal term for when they take your property by Eminent Domain; my best guess is “condemnation”, but I’m not sure.
