Thanks. Those Goldfinches are molting and are about halfway to reacquiring their summer plumage. The following shots are of the same birds a couple of months ago:

I LOVE your bird pictures. Do you have a zoom that you use on your camera, Gorush?

I feed about 200 goldfinches every day - all they want to eat is thistle seed, and boy has the cost gone up on those! If this keeps up, I’ll have to go get a job! LOL!
