I drove to town this sunny morning And right before my eyes I saw that spring was here It was a glorious surprise
The trees were huge plumes of pink Like fluffy cotton candy to me Others were white like puffy clouds They were spectacular to see
I love the spring when dull trees turn Whether by God or Mother Nature It shows tomorrow has such promise With spring blossoms sweet and pure!
