The cake was wonderful. There were several desserts but they seemed to enjoy the Apple Blossom cake very much. I gave some to my DIL to take to work, etc. and I also gave some to my DIL’s mother. I didn’t want to have too much on hand for me so I kept enough for about 3 days...LOL! There was no macaroni salad left and they wanted to know how I made it..LOL!
I am always a bit nervous when I recommend a recipe..I am so glad it was good.
I have no discipline at all when I make a cake for myself..LOL
