5.0 out of 5 stars Great Read!, March 20, 2009 By Bigfoot Lover (East Coast) - See all my reviews
First I must say, I have a read a score of Bigfoot books in the past and it is refreshing to read one that is not a rehash of all the past stories. This manual "Bigfoot Declassified" was like a breath of fresh air. It is intelligent and unique and wonderfully quirky. The manual has a very Government feel to it both in visuals and the writing tone and it comes off as being very believable. It is broken down into sections not chapters and has a very straight forward approach to the material.
It seems the Government has known about the reality of Bigfoot for several years and even has a secretive habitat constructed with several creatures there under study. With more sightings/evidence then ever the Government feels it is time they came out with a "co-existing" manual to show the country that they are at the forefront of the discovery.
My favorite part of this manual is the validation section, which is the government admitting to having secretive high tech evidence that validates past Bigfoot stories(Patterson, Jacko, Ape canyon). I loved this .... says what I always thought to be true.
Some of the information that comes from the manual comes in the form of interviews with people connected with the Bigfoot habitat facility....once again, very believable. In the last section, the co-exists section is where the info of licenses, micro-chipping, containment check stations, rules, regulations, check lists, etc come in. My son is now reading it and can't put it down. This ia a great read!
