I was thinking more along the lines of using the organs as wombs.

I’ve never read of any reports of that.

Some have speculated that there may be some use for such organs and tissues, cells, liquids etc. or components thereof

for the incubation tubes that babies and children are seen in on some of the larger ships and purportedly in some of the buried bases.
