Yep, we always have yogurt around. If I don’t eat it for a couple of days I start not feeling well. And you don’t have to buy that expensive stuff either. I feel a lot better when I eat my yogurt.
It’s great stuff. If you- or Cudjo or whoever- have to watch your sugar, it is also available in capsules.
