Is it me, or is hicks completely detached from the melody?

It sounds really off.

Something does sound off.....but he doesn’t seem to be the only one.....maybe sound equipment is off?

He does sound off. But so has every returning Idol, I don't know the reason for it.

I take that back, Carrie Underwood and Randy Travis sounded great, but Pickler, Mon-chi-chi and others sounded flat.

I’m listening to it with 5-speaker Dolby sound. Sorry, but it’s painful.

I think it’s the arrangement...just doesn’t jive with the vocals.
