To: Captain Beyond

I saw a PBS special with Eric Burden and he has LOST his voice almsot entirely. I felt embarassed for him.

John Mayall, on the other hand, who is in his 70’s, still sounds as fantastic as when he was with the Bluesbreakers forty yhears ago.

I’ve seen him in concert several times and he is still one of the greats.

I saw Donavan too, and John Kay and Steppenwolf, they were both really good, too.

Man, I miss the music of the ‘60’s!

Hey I fully agree with you there. When cd's first came out one of my first purchases was I got to see John Mayall a couple of times with other blues legends and they were great. I will always love Donavan's "Atlantis" plus Steppenwolf "Live" is always a great listen.
