While I wouldn’t say Celebration is my favorite song from that era, it does bring back good memories of going out with my friends to the clubs (or discos as they were called back then!)

Can't tell you enough of how much fun me and my college chums had going out dancing disco on Friday/Saturday nights up in Scranton PA! Wow! We had so much fun! -- back in the mid-70's!

Yep, good times. The only real drawback to disco was that to do the dance moves you needed to take lessons and you couldn’t just do the dances with any person that asked you to dance. I think that is what held it back. But, it was still a lot of fun!
