No insulting or personal attacks against other posters? Doubt it would work. Several of us have already asked and been ignored so, why would putting it in the title help? just asking.
They actually enforce it on the religion threads...if a thread is deemed devotional, no insults or denigration is allowed, the poster is banned.
I’m wondering if the same can be done for non-political “friendly” threads such as this.

It's supposed to apply to all the threads on FR. From the home page:
Please enjoy our forum, but also please remember to use common courtesy when posting and refrain from posting personal attacks
But usually I see the exact opposite and it's driven many good people away.
