You are taking this way too seriously.....for one thing American IDOL is a Role Model. That screeching goth sleezy character is neither. IF he wins, that is a disappointment but I’m not that into it this year. There are not any worthy contestants in my opinion. How old are you anyway? You sound very young.

Ever wonder what happened to the Indiana nurse turned edgy, pink-haired rocker contestant, Amanda Overmyer, from last seasons American Idol? Since the release of her first album, the talented rocker has been quite well received in the music world, so well in fact, that she has some exciting new plans for her future
Amandas first album, Solidify, was a great success and now she has been touring all across the U.S. Last year, she sold out the legendary L.A. venue Whisky-A-Go-Go and her very well received show was dubbed the show of the year. Amanda plans to return to Whisky this May, a year later to perform.
With her vibrant personality and reputation for putting on a good performance, this former Idol has become wildly popular and managed to build a very dedicated fan base. Amanda has tour dates booked from Oregon to Florida throughout 2009. She hopes to bring a fresh, revitalized take on traditional rock-n-roll.

I’m not young actually, just a big kid who lives in the past when bands like Styx, Boston, Kansas, and Foreigner ruled the world, I appreciate a good voice is all.
