Lol I know what you mean. If they were going to do this I wish they would just held Idol Gives Back and had Chrissy Matthews Vs Keith Oberwoman/Anderson Cooper competeing for knee pad rights to Obama. Sigh*
Adam gets the win for the night in singing. He did great with the Sam Cook song. Over all Adam has been the most consistant and has taken more risks and they have paid off. Kris did a good job tonight great previous song. It stood out both times for him.
If they are going to continue to give them an unrecorded song to sing to see who can do the best with it they need to pick better songs. AI-19 has some of the best in-house song-smiths around so it should not be to hard. Maybe if Adam and Kris had more to time to rework the song it could have been pretty decent but it would have been a lot of work for that LOL. I wish they would let them just pick 3 new songs, one previous song, and one unrecorded song and just let them go at it.
It should be a fun night tomorrow night hopefully they will have some cool guest artists.
