I don’t know if it will help or not, but garlic is an antibacterial and supposed to help with cholesterol. They sell it in deodorized tablets and capsules (so you don’t get stinky breath). I’ve used it for infections in the past and had great results. But I don’t know if it’s allowed for you since you are on such a strict diet.

I got some deodorized garlic last week,thank goodness he never mentioned garlic, just what happens when potassium gets too high which is cardiac arrest and or kidney failure, something to scare the heck out of me, I’m about ready to start smoking again, never had any health problems until I quit

Honestly, I’m not much of a sweets person. If I have a choice between sweet or salty, I always go for salty. It was only when I tried to totally eliminate sugar from my diet that I started really craving sweets.
