"Sometimes that greed clouds good judgment and the truth.
Yeah Sarah and sometimes the drive for power clouds good judgment and the truth.
The more I see of Sarah Palin, the less I like her. I am beginning to wonder if the critics weren't correct; perhaps she should have spent more time paying attention to her family's needs and less time in politics.
She showed poor judgment in allowing herself to get pregnant after the age of 40 when the risk of giving birth to a Down's Syndrome baby is far greater. Now she has a daughter who is a single un-wed mother. Those are not what I would call mainstream Conservative family values.
Everyone was so quick to point to her and say "See you can have it all; career woman with a good stable family." That lesson was learned some time ago when the feminist lie was revealed. You can't have it all...something has to be sacrificed and apparently the family is what she chose to sacrifice.
Time for Sarah to bow out and spend some time on her family.

we need to see more kids like Jonathan Krohn...those classically homeschooled kids represent the future of the conservative movement.

Or are you saying she should have aborted the baby? Either way, neither of those would constitute conservative family values.
Now she has a daughter who is a single un-wed mother.
Yes, and? Do you have kids? Do they always do what you want them to? No, of course they don't. Even if they have a stay-at-home mom, they are going to go against what you've taught them sometimes. You're only fooling yourself if you think that isn't the case. Would you have preferred that Sarah force Bristol to have an abortion so she wouldn't be embarrassed by her daughter's pregnancy? That's hardly a conservative family value.

So women after 40 shouldn’t have children? Are you serious?

This post of yours is a classic example of several points of view that show poor judgment. I’m glad a few FReepers have come on to let you know that.

Yeah. Better she should sneak away and have a abortion rather give life to a less than prefect child.
What a credit to her pro life stance.
And don't give me the speech about contraceptives. They all have a failure rate.
