Scripture does not give us enough info to be very dogmatic or specifically clear about such phrases.

That’s sufficient, for me.
Well, that’s where Mike Heiser gets into a lot of the original language and what it means. And he *maintains* (for himself... :-) ...) that he is an expert in the matter of the language (and I’m sure he is...). But, he could still be wrong.
His contention is the the Trinity is one thing, but the council of gods is another. And that council of gods is a group of powerful angels (created beings, but powerful). And they meet in Heaven and have some sort of power over things (perhaps “governmental functions” — not clear on that...).
Anyway, it’s clear that it’s God who makes man — and not “other created beings” who make man....
I would think that this is pretty clear, in light of the fact of what John Chapter One says about Christ...
