Out in the country,
close by the road-side,

Before it is a little garden with flowers,
and a paling which is painted.

Sweet little poem about a sweet little daisy, yorkie!
Lovely pictures, lovely thoughts. Poems be so relaxing. Same with beautiful pictures of nature and animals. I recently read parts of Camille Paglia’s book on what she considered the best poems ever written. I’m afraid my list would have been different. She did have interesting interpretations of them.
