From my military experience, I’d say about 90% would refuse, 4% are too dumb to understand why it’s unlawful, and 6% are either commies who would love to do it or would be too scared to put on the uniform.
That’s a pretty close assessment.

I think that’s close; from my assessment I’d say 70% would refuse; 20% would try to do it so they could gain political power... and 10% would be on the dime’s-edge, so to speak.
Of course, my experiences are more with the Command sections... and DAMN I hate politics.
