I am afraid your report regarding Plains Radio is not quite accurate. First, it was neither an injunction nor was it a court order. It was rather a letter from Fox News Network. The person who had signed the letter had asked Plains Radio to call her. Second, Plains radio had its Monday night broadcast as scheduled. Furthermore, Plains Radio plans to call Fox News Network tomorrow to make sure the letter is not a hoax

This just in:
“Is Ed Hale pulling our leg with this injunction business?”
“It was on the Plains Radio website message forum yesterday and it was Ed Hale who posted that there was in injunction.
“I just checked now, and what I sent to you yesterday about the injunction is gone. Do you suppose Ed Hale did that in order to garner or fire up his listeners????
“Anyway, this is on his website right now.

“Phil Berg and Momma E
“Phil Berg and Momma E are the one who are causing all the problem for Plains Radio.
“It appears that they want Plains Radio off of the air so that they will have a free hand to collect more money.
“It all comes to one point, Phil Berg wants more money and Momma E is helping him.
“Plains Radio has reported many times that Berg is filing all these lawsuit for money only. Plains Radio has questioned on many occasion why Berg is filing these lawsuit without any proof to back up his claims.
“Berg and Momma E are working together on this. Berg sent Plains Radio a letter demanding a retraction of statements made by Ed Hale. Berg is Momma E attorney. Only one problem with that, Berg is not licensed in the State of Oklahoma, and is practicing law in Oklahoma without a license. This is a felony and someone needs to file a complaint against Berg for this.
“This was nothing more than a attempt to discredit Plains Radio and get them off of the air. I understand that Hale is going to file a lawsuit against Evelyn Adams, aka Momma E shortly to clear all this up.
“According to the documents on Plains Radio website, the 1964 Obama divorce decree post at both Plains Radio web site and at Momma Es, Country First, bavehost site are the same.
“It would appear that Momma E did in fact obtain these document from Plains Radio without their consent. So stay tuned and see what other problems these two will cause Plains Radio.”
