UFOs or not? Certainly seems linked in popular lore . . I strongly believe the crop circles are created by fine tuning HARP. It would certainly explain the source of electromagnetic radiation and, in theory, could be directed anywhere in the world.

Got any links on HARP? I don’t know anything about it, but (warning here) if it’s something like weather control or Nazi polarbases & UFO technologies, I won’t look too deeply.
