Wellll,
As I’ve said above . . . a well known knowledgeable FREEPER convincingly asserted so to me a number of times in private communications.
Regardless, it would likely have to do with “ET” sorts of technologies anyway.
All of which is moot in that it’s wrapped up in all such phenomena . . . by design . . . all part of the script.
