They probably saw something, but I don’t think it was little green men from mars. Interstellar space rules that out to my thinking, to say nothing of mass, acelleration and all that stuff. I know, I know, I know. Einstein, blah, blah, blah. One thing I’m certain of in this world is that theory, even tested theory, is just that. Practical application, Issac Asimov notwithstanding, is an entirely different matter.
BTW, doing very well. You?
Yeah, . . . where the rubber meets the road is the key thing.
Plenty going on.
More looming. Will try and catch you up in due course.
At present . . . students seem to have settled in and much prefer my style to the typical prof they have. That’s always welcome. They feel like they learn something, aren’t bored and have a lot of practical, meaningful stuff to use in their lives at the end of the day.
Of course, the naysayers still don’t think I can tie my shoes, tell which way is up or know my left from my right.
But the haughty critiques of the willfully blind are mostly amusing . . . though I’m a bit surprised at the huge increase in hypocrisy with the current crop.
Health and wholeness to you and yours. I trust you are preparing for whatever’s looming down the Pike?
Good to see your name.
