After a very wet spring, we turned dry 3 weeks ago. Not a drop since. Have been irrigating regularly out of necessity. (Sandhills are like that - LOL)

I have been really lucky there.... I have only found one tomato with blossom end rot and NO BLIGHT! I think having it on the ground cover has helped with wet soil diseases.

While I have a 10 gallon one and a 5 gallon one (I picked them up at a pottery outlet - salt fired - anyway, I used the 6 gallon HDPVC bucket with water bag on top. I think it worked as well as anything I have tried. (Wife appropriated the crocks for ornamental purposes)
Hope your weather settles down a bit.
