Makes me think of the cigarette taxes, Jerry Doyle on the radio started a campaign last year “for the children”, for when the gov outlawed and put extra taxes on the cigarettes, it killed the funds coming in for the children.....

Jerry said he would keep smoking so the kids could have the tax.

The new tax, we can beat by not buying the products.

A very apt statement. I was in a book club tha was reading "The 5000 Year Leap". The premise was that because of the freedoms granted us in the Constitution, advances made in the US - and spread around the world - leaped ahead by 5000 years. We have no option but to go backward now that our freedoms are eroding.
