Yes, if they were foolish enough to set all the dummy bombs, how dangerous would they have been with real ones.

Is this related to the van of a couple years ago, that was found parked on the street for a week, loaded with explosives?

And is it related to the many calls that I hear on the police scanners, for vehicles parked, where they shouldn’t be?

Some of the scanners, if I also listen to the town on the radio, I will hear warnings/requests to the residents about reporting unguarded vehicles.
