Solar lights! I went out in the yard and brought a pair of them in, shined them off the light ceiling, and they did excellently! Lasted all night - put them back out the next day and they recharged fully. If TSHTF, these could be very handy and do not require any fuel or batteries. Oh, and I picked up one and used it as a flashlight going out to check on the chickens - works great! So now I will consider that I have 10 solar powered flashlights for general use whenever I need them, and yard effects until I do.<<<
What an excellent idea, for the fancy solar flashlights are expensive, and your price is no more than a cheap flashlight.
In the past, we could use the car battery and a wire to hook up the headlight of an auto.

You bring back fond memories - My choices for my first vehicle was between a Model A and a 1947 Jeep. Father clinched the decision when he told me that if I got the Model A, I could not count on him coming to the rescue if I broke down. (I know he would have, but it told me his choice)
