I figure the last 2 for sure, but I’m not sure about the first two.

Those are the three I would get -
I use a telescoping magnetic screw picker-upper from the hardware store - $1.98 from their grab bin.
Funnel - absolutely...
Jar Lifter - Oh yeah... Don’t try to get them out of a hot water bath without one... Unless maybe you have waterproof asbestos fingers...

If you remove the bands, wash and dry the jars before storing, you will never need that...
Only if you leave them on for long term storage will they rust in place or get gummed up with sugar from a syrup and dry hard as a rock. So remove the bands after 12 hours, wash (and I wash the bands separately too) dry and store, then all you need to do is pop the lid off. I use the back of a knife blade - hook under the rim and lift. Have only messed up 2 of the lids to where they couldn’t be used in an emergency in the last 3 years.
Tightening them should only be moderately hand tight, and they are not really hard to remove when they have cooled.
