I just got back from Winco - they had quart wide-mouth Ball jars for $7.58 (they were $9 something when I bought a bunch a while back).
I got 36 because that's all they had! Now.....I need a canner!

Yep... Now it is decision time...
Will she take the plunge? Will it be canned tomatoes, apple sauce, pickles in a hot water bath - or - dozens of vegetables, meats, fish, and the whole gamut of canning possibilities with a pressure canner?
We can take the following picture either way...
