The All American pressure canners look to have a much different system for securing the lid. It has six evenly spaced screws. It also has the little weight that rocks so you can hear if it’s at the proper pressure.

I don’t recall what size I got but I can process 14 pints or 6-7 quarts at a time. It’s pretty big and heavy.
