JOINT RESOLUTION
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled (two-thirds of each House concurring therein), That the following article is proposed as an amendment to the Constitution of the United States, which shall be valid to all intents and purposes as part of the Constitution when ratified by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States within seven years after the date of its submission for ratification:

Well at least we do not need to wonder who our ruler will be.

I had heard that this was in the works and expected bill clinton would try for it.

What a crock of.........., there is no limit to the moves we will see in the future.

LOL, at least the Tea Party is going down today, I heard that the one in Washington was organized by a “stay at home mom” and then heard that they were organized by big money Republicans.............

I am proud of every American who shows up today to register their protests.

Good news is that radification takes years, sometimes decades. And there’s enough states (I hope) that won’t go in for changing the Constition on a whim. Especially after the economy tanks because of Obama’s socialism.
