I’d like to hear your opinion on your grinder as well - I’m considering getting that model myself for when the grid is gone or sporadic.
Another one here anxious to hear about your grinder. I have yet to order one - started reading about the various types last week. Picked up a bag of wheat on Saturday. We were visiting the in-laws and went to the Mennonite store.
