Extortion - Rabble Rousing - Mobs - Riots - Civil Disobedience - Control Freaks - Mass Demonstrations - Election Tampering - Tax Cheating - Privileged Class Individuals and Groups - Illegal Immigrant Encouraging, etc., etc......
To my thinking, these are a much greater threat than cutting the barrel too short on a shotgun in a baiting sting operation - like Ruby Ridge and similar episodes...
