>>>you designed it and now have one that works.<<<

LOL Hey, it works for me - but I am 6’3” and wife is 5’6” and daughter is 5’ So, they always tell me that since everything is so high, I should come and reach things for them...

Actually, I got Christi a kitchen stool (and wife uses it sometimes too).

If these appliances last as long as the old ones did, I will be thrilled (and will not be around then either) The old appliances were put in in the mid 1950’s so they had earned their keep... Actually, the old refrigerator is in the back porch as an overflow/extra space/butchering cooler/vegetable chiller and still working fine.

LOL, yes, I know how those kitchens work, most are designed for the petite 5’, lady and I am not.

At 5’8 1/2” since before i was 12 years old, know well how it affects the back.

When I first came to Kingman, I worked in a good, family style Mexican restaurant, that had been built in the 1800’s by Chinese owner/designers.

For me it was like serving all meals on a foot stool.

It was so nice of you to get the Ladies a step stool so they could reach it all........LOL

LOL! At your age your still that tall? Geez, I used to be 6'2" in my prime... I just clear 6'0" nowadaze! Could be I lost some height when the hydraulic hose burst on the bucket truck, with 2 large linemen and tools (about 500 lbs) inside snapped down when I was underneath and crunched my hard hat! (True story)!
