Just found
this interesting forum when looking up Daphne Metaxas Hartwig - Make your own groceries. It's a good book - we have the one from 1979. Amazon has it and the 1983 book.
Haven't had a chance to check it out that much yet. Main forum and gardening. Amazing what you can find when looking for something else.
Way behind on this thread and the first one. lol
I have a lot of links for survival, gardening and other things that could be useful. Will have to sort through and post them someday.
Here is one on canning butter I found but haven't tried yet.

Found this quiz on a forum - but says you can't see the replies if not a paid member so not going to link the forum.
