Keep it up ! In My Thinking WE ARE SHORT ON TIME !

1. Found more seeds at .20c at wamart. grabbed onion sets, seed potatoes and more seeds, also my beloved zinnias

2. wmart garden shop lady comments “ we sure are selling out a lot of seeds and supplies.” Fertilizer is super high
$$

3 started seeds soaking and indoor seedbeds.

4. laying away dry goods in pantry as $$ allows..

COMMENT :

Each day brings more planned dissasembly of our way of life.

It was like the logical Mr Spock explained a linear scale..

“Take a penny, next day double it.. In a month you are a millionaire..”

substitute “ new law “ for penny, you know the end result will not make us millionaires.

Keep it up ! In My Thinking WE ARE SHORT ON TIME !<<<

Come on now, I hardly posted anything yesterday, except answers to posts.

Tonight they came easy, and worse yet, I was to clear the tabs that have open for days and instead I did this search and now I am lost for more days.

I am so glad you got more seeds, get as many as possible, store the extras, dark, dry and cool.

The books all said onion seeds were only good for a year, but I have had them grow 10 years
later.

If you plant the roots, of the regular onion that you buy in the store, leaving about a quarter inch of onion on it, they will grow again, several on the thread are doing it, also the green onions, and I have read that you can do the same with celery.

I didn’t get my root planted, but did leave it in a plastic bag and it really did start growing a new plant, before it rotted.

If now at the end of winter, your onions look ugly and are not really good enough for the table, plant them and they will grow again, split and give you 4 onions, plus bloom, as they need the second growing season to set seed.

Plant as much as you can that will keep growing.

Yes, time is short, and the fear is upon us, which is almost as bad, as the real event.

Getting prepared, planting and growing, is what God intended us to do.

Have a special day, and rejoice that so many people are buying the supplies to make a garden.

Be sure to compost all your weeds.

I posted one earlier, that is my kind of composting, “Dig a trench along side the garden, build your compost in the trench.

I used to do that, bury the garbage, and keep going down the row, but just a shovel deep, but it did get it in the ground.
