I saw two pics of a saucer-type UFO taken a few years apart. One by an amateur photog, the other by super-sensitive high-priced government camera used to track rocket launches. Both were fuzzy, leading some to opine that perhaps the propulsion unit ionizes the air around the vehicle, so there never will be a sharp picture. A possible explanation but I'm open to other opinions. (Working on the assumption there is a craft up there, ours or theirs. :-)
