Darn .... I should have grabbed and posted the recipe.
We like mushrooms but Marissa doesn't eat them if she recognizes them.
She eats them in stews and spaghetti sauce. :)
Amy, I copied the stuffed mushrooms and emailed it to my son. He could eat them from morning until night! We all love them here! Wish I had some...LOL!
